*Will we be joining the meeting from the beginning or once it’s already in progress?
*How much time are you scheduling for our portion, and is this firm or flexible? (A full tour typically takes 30 minutes, but we are flexible).

What You Should Know:
You will send us the invitation link once it’s ready. There will be two of us joining your meeting and will provide you with both addresses once we have confirmed your appointment. One of us operates the camera for the tour and one will moderate, convey questions and guide the camera operator. For large groups, it’s best for the host to mute everyone but themselves and the two of us during the tour. All others may use the chat feature for questions and they will be relayed to the tour guide in real-time for an answer.
We will be providing our farm and store website information in the chat feature or your meeting to allow your guests the information to further research alpacas or to shop our online store. We humbly accept donations so we may continue providing these Alpaca Virtual Tours and education for people all over the world. All of this information is on our website at mainealpacaexperience.com. We encourage shopping our website to experience the amazing quality of alpaca products.
