Looking for a little more one-on-one time with one of our gentle alpacas? Our Alpaca Walks offer a special 30-minute experience where you’ll get up close and personal with these curious and utterly charming creatures.

Your walk begins with a brief orientation, including basic handling techniques and tips on how to walk your alpaca safely and confidently. With one of our friendly farm guides by your side, you’ll set off on a peaceful stroll with your new four-legged friend. It’s equal parts relaxing and unforgettable—and yes, it’s prime time for selfies, group photos, and memory-making.

Each participant (12 years of age or older), leads their own alpaca. Up to four alpacas may walk in a session. Your additional friends or family may walk alongside to enjoy the experience and snap some photos.

This experience makes a fantastic gift! You can purchase a gift card specifically for an alpaca walk—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because.

Things to Know Before You Go:

• Children must be at least 12 years old and capable of handling a large animal, accompanied by an adult who’s ready to assist if needed.
   
• Closed-toe, sturdy footwear is a must—we’ll be walking on varied terrain.
   
• Walks are weather-dependent. Extreme heat, cold, or precipitation will likely require rescheduling. We always put the safety and comfort of our alpacas first.
   
• During hunting season or in poor trail conditions, walks will stay on the farm rather than the wooded trails, and orange vests will be provided.
   

Pricing & Booking:

• $30 per alpaca walked.  A maximum of four alpacas may walk at a time.
   
• A credit card is required to make a reservation, but payment method may be changed at the time of the walk.
   
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will have nothing charged to their credit card.

• Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice or not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in the full charge going onto your credit card.
   
• Reservations are required and should be made at least a week in advance, especially during peak seasons.
